Anita trained as a natural health consultant in 1985 and is a registered practitioner in medical herbalism, reflexology and aromatherapy, along with a broad selection of other alternative health treatments.

Anita broadcasts for BBC Radio (BBC WM) and has appeared on a variety of television and radio programmes during the last 25 years. She has also written articles and features for a range of health and nursing magazines.

In 2002, Anita contributed significantly to the design and development of a model for the National Health Service. This incorporated complimentary therapy into Primary Care Trusts within the Improving Working Lives (IWL) initiative for all health care workers.

The formulation and prescription of natural medicines and skin care products is central to Anita’s practice. She also works as a consultant with one of the world’s top Professors in researching plant-based medicines.

Anita’s primary objective is to treat her clients with an individually-designed holistic therapy programme to provide them with the most appropriate opportunity of attaining optimum health and wellbeing.
