Sonja has studied special education and various forms of therapies in Germany, USA and UK since 1980. In 2000 she set up The Health Oasis centre for complementary therapies in Kyle of Lochalsh. For many years Sonja has facilitated her creative journey seminars combining elements of Gestalt Therapy, Bodywork, Meditation, Mandala Drawing and Counselling.

Ocean has worked in Natural Therapies since 1985. A ceremonialist and teacher of therapies, she works with groups and individuals offering ceremonies, medicine wheel teaching, guided meditations, sweat lodges and healing for person, spirit and place. Ocean serves at Shamanic Community Dance Ceremonies.
