Through guided meditation we are going inside to bring back images that we can draw utilising different techniques.
Find the methods that will suit you best to facilitate a drawn journal and use it on a daily routine at home. In establishing a routine in journaling in images, start to understand your internal symbol systems and learn to understand yourself better.
Images enable us to access the right part of our brain normally not as accessible in meditation or journaling as words are.
No special skills are needed. Only bring your colour pencils/ aquarelle pencils and a drawing pad or Journaling book and have FUN.
